Exchange Possibility and Timeline

What is your Return and Exchange Policy?

  • Return/Exchange request can be placed within 2 days of delivery.
  • Return pickup will be generated.
  • Every pin code might not have return pickup service.
  • Once the product is picked up, Store Credit will be provided .
  • A flat fee of Rs125 will be charged for Returns/Exchange.
  • The amount of Store Credit will be the value of item sent back (after deducting the shipping charges and Rs100 for return/exchange).
  • Store Credit will remain valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
  • Please ensure that all the tags and labels are intact on the product.
  • Please ensure that the product is not worn by anyone.
  • The company holds the final authority to reject any claim, if conditions are unfulfilled.
  • RETURN/EXCHANGE IS ONLY AGAINST STORE CREDIT.
  • We would require you to send an image or a video of the damage to our Customer Delight team via WhatsApp on +91 9930220400 or email it to us on care@likemotherlikedaughter.in within 24hrs of delivery and we will schedule a pick up. Post assessment of the returned product, the refund for the same will be processed.

 

  What is NOT eligible for Return or Exchange?

  • CUSTOMISED ORDERS are NOT eligible for Return/Exchange.
  • GoodBye Sale products are NOT eligible for Return/Exchange.
  • Order created using the Store Credit is NOT eligible for Return/Exchange.
  • Orders once exchanged CANNOT be exchanged again.
