1. How do I make a payment?
We accept Master Card, Visa credit, Pay Pal, debit, and other credit cards. We also have an option of net banking and cash on delivery for order where shipping address is India.
2. What happens if my credit/debit card has been compromised while making a payment online?
We do not store/retain your credit card information. If you suspect any such activity, please get in touch with your bank immediately.
3. What happens if the merchandise ordered is out of stock?
If the product you ordered is out of stock, you will be informed immediately and we will refund the full amount in your account.
4. Is there a limit to the quantity that I can order?
No, there's no limit.
5. Can I cancel an order?
Yes, you may cancel an order fully or partially within 24 hours of placing the order. You may get in touch with our Customer Support team to take further steps.
6. What do I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?
If you notice that your order is damaged or tampered, kindly take a picture and refuse to accept the delivery and return it to the courier personnel with the original packaging material. Request you to get in touch with our Customer Support team immediately, to email us that picture you clicked and we would be more than happy to exchange the garment for you.
